Unique artisan wines from outstanding vineyards, made in limited quantities

The terroir expresses itself in this cuvée and allows us to find the minerality specific to Chablis. Complexity and richness are characteristics of this cuvée, great terroirs and great wines.

Our cuvée is rooted in the heart of the Vaillons, where the vines are the first to awaken, gently cradled by the rising sun. A valley with unparalleled exposure, at the mercy of the hot weather, leading to a fresh and supple wine backed by a minerality as delicate as lace.

Grape varieties: 100% Chardonnay Harvest: By machine, in mid-late August for the vineyard in Châtains and the first half of September for Beugnons Vinification: Direct press, cold settling, fermentation with yeasts selected by the estate, ageing 75% in tank and 25% in 350L barrels Aged for 18 months (12 months in barrel and tank + 6 months in tank after blending)

Yellow or pale with flashes of green

Very elegant, a mixture of flower and fruit aromas, as well as a beautiful minerality

A beautiful structure, accompanied by freshness and notes of iodine. Exotic fruits and citrus aromas marry elegantly on a long, balanced finish
