Origin

This Syrah-Viognier Grande Réserve was created through appropriating a Rhône Valley tradition and applying it in the Languedoc region, in an area designated as Pays d’Oc Protected Geographical Indication. This tradition combines the virtues of the Syrah - high tannin content, delicious character and high aromatic potential, with the softness, finesse and floral velvetiness of the Viognier grape variety. This fine marriage creates a refined wine of surprising complexity and elegance and a delicious character.

Vinification

Long, 4-5 weeks maceration in order to extract the finest expression of the grape variety and obtain a dense, concentrated and powerful wine, also capable of cellar-ageing. Slow, traditional vinification of the 2 grape varieties together, which respects the character of the terroir.
