Origin

This Pinot Noir Rosé Grande Réserve, selected from among the terroirs of the Pays d’Oc, is classified as a Protected Geographical Indication wine. From a terroir backed by the Montagne Noire, it gives it freshness during nights to optimize maturities. The soil consists of stony slopes essentially limestone.

Vinification

Pressing of the grapes. The wine is vinified at low and controlled temperature. Finally, once the fermentation is over, we carry out a maturation of 2-3 months on fine lees to bring the wine more complexity and a perfect balance between roundness and acidity

Maison Castel, Touch of France wines, simple, easy to choose and pleasant to taste.
