Burgundy


A historic vineyard, one of the oldest in France. Despite its small size (3% of the French vineyards), it offers the largest number of AOC: a hundred from Chablis to Macon, through the Côte de Nuits, the Côte de Beaune and Côte Chalonnaise. One of the most prestigious also, synonym for fine wines. The homeland of pinot noir and chardonnay, prevailing in master. Burgundy, it is also the essence of the notion of terroir, here called climates, with a wide diversity (more than 600) and at the roots of the large variety of Burgundy wines.
